Step by step, Struck is building a complete picture of all the rules that affect construction and renovation in the Netherlands. Until now, our platform could already identify monuments within zoning plans and the permit-free checker. We’ve now added an important new layer: protected townscapes and villages.
This means users can instantly see whether a location falls within a protected area and which rules apply there. It provides clarity much earlier in the process, before plans are made.
We’ve also integrated management ordinances into Struck. With this, we’re one step closer to our goal: one single place where you always have a complete and up-to-date overview of the relevant rules and documents.
With these additions, Struck becomes not only more complete but also more valuable in practice. Whether you work for a municipality, an architecture firm, or a project developer, you no longer need to search endlessly across portals and PDFs. Struck brings the rules together and shows you at a glance what needs to be considered.
Curious how this can help in your work?
Try Struck for free and experience the ease of always having the right rules at hand.
