What are the rules for a shed, fence, or extension on your property? You want the answer quickly, and you want to be sure. That’s why you can now use Struck not only to consult the applicable regulations, but also to search directly through the official documents from overheid.nl.

One place for all relevant regulations

With this new feature, Struck gives you access to all key regulatory sources in one central location. No need to visit the BBL, the Omgevingsloket, or overheid.nl separately. Whether it’s national technical requirements, your municipality’s regulations, or additional regulation, you can now find it all directly in Struck.

Search by location and topic

In the new search bar at the top of the Local Regulations, simply enter a postcode and a topic or question. For example:

“What rules concerning water (waterschap) are active here?”
Postcode: 3811 AM

Struck then searches the entire overheid.nl database and instantly displays the relevant documents, including:

  • Document title and source

  • Validity and publication date

  • Summary of contents

  • Clear formatting and a trustworthy sources

No more detours, just complete legal context

Previously, you had to go to overheid.nl yourself, enter a location, adjust filters, and hope you found the right file. Now, Struck fetches those documents for you automatically.

And that makes all the difference.

Whether you’re preparing a permit application, writing an objection, or simply want to verify the exact legal wording, you’ll immediately see what applies and where it comes from.

Complete and legally reliable

All documents are pulled directly from overheid.nl. That means they’re up to date, complete, and legally reliable. This includes:

  • Welstandsnota’s (aesthetic guidelines)

  • Beleidsregels (policy rules)

  • Bestemmingsplannen (zoning plans)

  • Waterschapsverordeningen (water board regulations)

This gives you a more complete understanding of the local situation, so you can make decisions more quickly, carefully, and confidently.
